Job Description
- General Responsibility
- HR Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day HR Operations regarding the training & development and recruitment and not limited to the specific responsibilities below:
- Specific Responsibility
- Assist HR Manager regarding the development of recruitment, training and onboarding procedures.
- Oversee the on-boarding program and employee’s experiences programs to make sure all new recruited employees go through all the induction program.
- Assist HRM regarding the local and international recruitment to make sure it is complied with recruitment procedure.
- Assist HR Manager to develop the training matrix, performance review and execute the training program as plan to make sure the training benefit to both employee and school.
- Reporting KPI per tasks assigned
- Other tasks assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Management or other equivalence.
- 2 years relevant experience and in education industry is a plus
- Interpersonal skill and ability to deal with diversity.
- Good in English and Khmer Communication (speaking and writing)
- Computer literate (Work & Excel) and other application is a plus
- Can do attitude
