Job Description
- Directing and controlling the activities of the Front Office, Reservations, and Guest Activities
- Adjustments to bills for inconvenience
- Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service
- Problem solving with Customers
- Providing on job training in hospitality to the staff
- Daily report the income of hotel
- Managing monthly roster, daily activities and record staff attendance
- Working as multiple team
- Providing good service and hospitality to the customers
- Working closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication
- Billing the money from customers and controlling guests check in-out
- Checking all kind of booking via online and bill.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Tourism or related field
- Must have experience in Front Office Supervision in Hotel
- Have experience in staff management
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to use computer literacy (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
- Minimum 2 years experiences working on above field with the Hotel
- Good in English both writing and speaking.
