Job Description
- Develop and implement improvement processes to enhance productivity.
- Review production processes and specifications, applying necessary improvements.
- Digitize processes and implement DX tools to automate routine tasks.
- Design the DX structure to align with the company's goal.
- Design control systems to minimize costs by deploying DX tools.
- Study all processes to identify non-value-added (NVA) activities and develop value-
added (VA) activities utilizing DX tools.
- Design control systems to reduce workload utilizing DX tools and automation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
- Age: 20 ~ 30
- Sex: Male or Female
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering in the field of mechanics, electronics,
electricity, or automotive, or a relevant field.
- Primary mathematics ability
- Able to create applications using tools like Power Apps and Power BI
- Understand and apply programming skills in languages such as Python and C++
- Able to use Microsoft Office very well (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Can use English for communication
- A routine job can be followed
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Good relations with concerned persons.
