Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and claims (local and international).
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with departments such as Production, Engineering, and Quality Control to
resolve issues.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
- Work with core teams to reduce daily defects on the production line.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
- Train and guide operators on company policies & quality awareness during orientation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
- Age: 20 ~ 30
- Sex: Male or Female
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering in the field of mechanics, electronics,
electricity, or automotive, or a relevant field.
- Primary mathematics ability
- Able to use Microsoft Office very well (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Can use English for communication
- Open mind & teamwork mind
- Good problem analysis skills (QC tools are a must; statistical method is desired)
- Understand basic measurement methods (Vernier and micrometer are a must. Precise measurement, e.g., coordinate and shape measuring, is required).
