A General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Thansur Sokha Hotel property. This includes managing staff, overseeing finances, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the property's overall appearance and functionality of hotel operations.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Hotel and Casino Management
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Casino operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
  • Prefer Cambodian Candidates
