Job Description
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded, while managing and resolving guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)
- Train, mentor, and motivate the Guest Relations team to consistently deliver top-notch service.
- Supervise the Guest Relations, and FO team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Greet VIP guests and ensure they receive personalized service during their visit.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
- Maintain strong communication with the Front Office Manager and other department heads to ensure any guest-related issues are addressed.
